Question : I am having some strange heartbeat spikes which last for few hours and leave me feeling bit dizzy, uneasiness in chest, slight nausea and frequent tingling sensation in left arm. I particularly face this problem in high noise or some stress or anxiety. I also had upset stomach for couple of days and still have gastric problem. I feel gas frequently building up under my right side ribs. I had visited a physician couple of days back and my BP and ECG were found to be normal at that time. The doc prescrived me some medicines for stomach including Pantop D. My stomach is now OK but I am still having problem with my heartbeat. Please suggest whether I should get myself checked for diabetes or blood sugar.
