Question: My symptoms are: nausea, vomiting, foamy and odd color urine, bouts of edema, rapid changes in eyesight, high blood pressure, major low back pain.. All has been happening for more than a month. I have lost weight (due to not eating), am weak, and feel sick all of the time. Have tested liver, gallbladder, pancreas. Brief Answer:
supportive care for UTI

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Foamy urine, odd color with symptoms of nausea and vomiting and raised parameters of urine analysis indicate a urinary tract infection. Also the back pain might be a connections to it along with other causes like age related back pain. Changes in eye sight and edematous feet might be an association with high blood pressure. Monitoring and control of blood pressure is mandatory with work up of heart functions advised.
Right now, symptomatic trearment for nausea and vomiting and culture and sensitivity report of urine guided antibiotics treatment is advised. Drink plenty of fluids and stay mobilised. Get to your doctor and let them manage for UTI and keep and eye on blood pressure. A visual acuity test would also be great.
i hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
