Question : Yes, please. I have had the following problems since Thanksgiving: nausea, headache, shortness of breath, blurred vision, confusion and fatigue.

I appreciate your concern

The symptoms you described can be due to a number of conditions and do not point towards a single disease or condition.

Regarding the shortness of breath, the chest should be auscultated, pulse oximetry should be done to determine normal O2 saturation and x ray chest PA view should be obtained. Pulmonary function tests can also be advised in this regard. EKG should be done to rule out a cardiac cause for such a presentation.

The blood work should include CBC and basic metabolic panel including liver and renal function tests and blood sugar to determine a possible cause. You can share the results once they are available.
