Brief Answer:
? Gastroparesis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I am Dr.Barani and I am pleased to assist you.

Nausea, abdominal bloating with a history of diabetes may indicate gastroparesis. You may get relief by taking prokinetic medications like Reglan. Taking your age in to consideration, an upper GI endoscopy may have to be done if not done already.

You do not have any red signs or any signs or symptoms specific for pancreatic cancer or anything similar. A CT scan has to be done if you want to rule out pancreatic cancer or anything similar.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.Barani
