Brief Answer:
Lack of caffeine most likely reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. You can definitely expect a withdrawal period from completely stopping coffee. Lack of caffeine can cause major headaches and this could explain vomiting. Even your taste buds and sense of taste may be different as you adjust. Have you had any other form of caffeine? Such as chocolate, soda, tea? You may wish to gradually decrease your consumption rather than all at once if you are having a severe reaction.

Prior medical history may be a factor even if you have no other current medications.
Make sure you are well hydrated, maintain a balanced diet with no deficiencies or excess vitamins.
Consider any irritants that you may have been exposed to for evaluation of your symptoms. Any chemical exposure including household cleaners? Any exposure to heavy metals at work or with travel? Consider basic blood work and an exam with your physician if symptoms persist. Dehydration is always a concern with committing.

Please provide additional details that may contribute and I will be glad to provide more direction. Visit an emergency room if your symptoms worsen.

Brief Answer:
Avoid acidic foods, consider virus or pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your gastric acids can be increased with acidic foods and liquids. Coffe is very acidic. a Your oral environment will be affected by gastric changes. This can explain some symptoms you describe as well. You may have a virus that needs to just get out of your system. Try bland foods, small quantities, ginger, saltines.
Any food poisoning concerns? Anyone else have similar symptoms? There are intestinal parasites possible with raw or under cooked foods such as sushi. Again, hydration is important and seek emergency care if worsens.
Multiple days of vomiting will require a visit to your physician. Females can react to hormonal changes such as experienced with pregnancy. More diagnostic tests should be considered.
I am glad to discuss additional topics and possibilities if you can think of additional details to provide. Thank you for contacting Healthcare Magic.
