Question : my abdomen and belly are poked out my boobs hurt tired nausea have unprotected sex all the time just got off antibiotics but im on nexplanon could I be pregnant this is how I was when I was pregnant with my daughter

Since you are on implant, it is unlikely to be pregnant.
since how long you are using? It can be easily confirmed either by urine test or an ultrasound scan. I prefer an ultrasound scan in your case in view of abdominal symptoms.We can rule out any other abnormalities of uterus and ovaries.
If everything is normal ,you can get a medical check including HBA1C ,lipid profile and FT3.FT4.TSH etc.
