Question : Pain next to belly button right side, numbness in lower right abdomen, right side of stomach distended.

Hi,
You are reporting to have right side abdominal pain and stomach distended.
These symptoms may be related with:
- stomach issues
- large bowel issues, IBS
This is why to my opinion you need to do :
- upper endoscopy
-colonoscopy
Meantime I would suggest to have liquid diet and use antispasmodic drugs like butiscopolamine.
