Suggest Treatment For Neck And Shoulder Pain
Question: I have neck pain and left arm shoulder pain.
I have very thick curly hair and when i wash my hair they don't dry properly for a full day which causes pain in my left shoulder and neck. I am puckish and head is heavy for those days.
And as winter approaches this more frequent if i was my hair. I feel hot flushes as if BP goes down.
Please suggest cure/medicine once i hit with these pain inthe neck and shoulder with uneasiness.

An X-ray is not sufficient to rule out spondylosis.
Head bath is often precipitating the pain in your case.This could be due to frequent movements one applies during a head bath.
