Brief Answer:
Cervical compressive neuropathy, needs work up

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read yoru question and i understand your concern. Sore neck with history of lumbarstenosis and pins and needles in arms indicate cervical nerve compression likely due to disc prolapse or cervical stenosis as well. It needs MRI to confirm, pain killers, physiotherapy exercises, range of mobility exercises and supportive care is mainstay of treatment. Otherwise epidural steroids or decompressive surgery may be considered provided on the severity of compression.

Talk to your neurologist, get a MRI and lets see how it goes.

I hope it helps . Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
