Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain
Question: Since yesterday i am having pain while moving my neck up and down and left and right, i had applied iodex and taken flexon-MR tablet once but there i snot much relief, could you please advise and let me know the reason for the same along with line of treatment. Is it because of sleeping in aircon.

I m dr Alok, please to answer your health related query today
as per your history it seems that you have a strain of muscles and ligament of neck muscles. You need to do hot water fomentation, local application of some pain killer gel like vollini and continue with muscle relaxant as you are taking. it will take a few days more how to get property relief. But it seems that it is not a serious problem
mostly it is due to wrong posture or using wrong pillow or other method of sleeping but it will be corrected by physiotherapy and regular exercise if problem persists. Some time if not helpful, you need to go for further evaluation to find out the cause

Thanks for reply, are threre any side effects of FlexonMR tablet.Please let me know details. Am i suppose to take 2 tablets daily or on is sufficient?
