Brief Answer:
Need to evaluate might require MRI
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, greeting s from HCM. I understand your sons problems.
Please let me know is there any history of injury, etc?
He needs more investigations like, MRI of the cervical spine, any nerve root compression. Also get his electrolyte and thyroid hormone levels rechecked.
For time being let him take rest and supplements like Tab. Glacex. daily one after food.
Ask him to use cervical color for some days. Followup with the report so that I am better able to help.
