Brief Answer:
Upload images and prescription

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
In case of neurocysticercosis, antiepileptics is required only. Seizure may reoccur even with regular treatment due to dying and degenerating neurocysticercosis.
Tuberculosis treatment is not required until there is tuberculosis of some other organ or diagnosis of neurocysticercosis is not certain with possibility of tuberculoma.
You should upload images and prescription for evaluation.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Continue antiepileptics

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have reviewed the prescription.
Sometimes brain mri lesion is not definitely suggestive of neurocysticercosis or tuberculoma.
May be under unsurity ATT was given.
But for seizures the drugs are right and needs to be continued for atleast 2-3 years or until lesion resolves.
Wishing you good health and early recovery.
