Suggest Treatment For Night Sweats And Twitching Of The Muscles
Question: I have been having alot of problems lately. Night sweats, vivid dreams, having trouble staying asleep, muscle twitching and shaking when I sleep and low sex drive with weight gain as well. I currently take Adderall, geodon and Sertraline. I take Adderall for ADD, Geodon for depression, anxiety and OCD. Can't get a hold of my doctor so I figured i'd try this.

I can understand your concern. Some of symptoms like muscle twitching, night sweats could be occurring due to persisting anxiety. This anxiety could be the part of OCD. Shaking, weight gain, low sex drive, trouble in staying asleep etc could occur due to side effects of medicines.
You are on Adderal, Geodone (Ziprasidone) and Sertraline. Adderall might increase the anxiety and thus can result in increased risk of muscle twitching. Sertraline and Geodone are relatively safe. But Geodone in some patients in known to result in side effects like shakiness, weight gain, reduced sex drive etc. Geodone can increase serum Prolactin and thus could lead to low sex drive. Shakiness and weight gain though are not very common but can occur in hight doses.
So once you have access of your doctor you can discuss about dose adjustments if needed. This will reduce the side effects.
