Suggest Treatment For Night Sweats, Constipation And Abdominal Pain

Question: 5 days ago I engaged in a drunken sexual encounter with a friend of mine. She begged me to try a different type of oral stimulation "rimming" which I agreed to preform on her. The next day I noticed that my throat was sore and my tonsils were clearly infected (pus), ontop of this I have a headache, joint pain, chest pain, rapid heart beat (123bpm), horrible night sweats, nausea, gas/bloating, constipation, very minor difficulty urinating, abdominal pain/stiffness and a fever (temp° of 38.4°C). I saw a GP, that only examined my throat without conducting any other tests and was prescribed antibiotics. Due to the additional symptoms should I be more concerned about this infection? And should I go for any additional tests (such as a test for STI's....Etc.)

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Regarding STD screening

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist and venereologist). I have gone through your query and i have understood it.

You seem to have Acute Pharyngitis. It can cause a lot of systemic symptoms in addition to throat involvement. Oral sexual contact can transmit other microbes (bacteria and viruses) which are part of flora in the genital or perianal region. This seems to be the likely cause rather than a sexually transmitted disease.
Nevertheless you may screen for herpes simplex infection which is an STD and can be transmitted by direct oro- anal sexual contact. Other STDs like HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia are rarely transmitted through oro- anal sexual contact.
