Hi and welcome.
In most cases this happens due to temporary hormonal imbalance and it should disappear on its own. If it persist then certain disorders should be considered and ruled out. In first cases these are blood and lymph nodes diseases, thyroid hormonal abnormalty or metabolism disorders.. So you should see endocrinologist and hematologist first. Try to drink more fluids prior to sleeping, keep air in sleeping room fresh,keep window opened and sleep with elevated upper body. Wish you good health. Regards
