Brief Answer:
not healing well

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This photo of xrays shows still non-healed fracture and the beginning of pseudoarhrosis. My personal opinion is that it should have been surgically repaired initially with plate and screws or tibial nail since this was unstable fracture with certain degree of dislocation. At this point, after 2 months, there should be better bone formation in fracture gap so this is not promising healing and I think you should reconsider surgery. Wish you good health. Regards

Brief Answer:
thats your decision

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Nothing will happen if you wait for week or two,and surgery can be delayed for some time, but I dont think you should expect any improvement on conservative therapy.
