Brief Answer:
Mixed infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like a mixed bacterial and fungal infection .
I treat such cases with a combination of topical antifungal like clotrimazole cream in night and an antibacterial cream like mupirocine in morning.
This combination works well.
You can try this.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
