Brief Answer:
Answer to the point.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i must mention, that such red spots, may arise due to many causes.
You must reply with the following points in mind:
1. If you've had any medication, it could be some kind of allergic rash.
2. If you had an insect bite, it could be just some reaction to that.
3. If you've had sex with a different partner, try to find out if she's infected with STD.
4. If possible, send a photo of the red spots in 2-3 days, if they increase in size,or swelling develops,or itching develops.
5. Get your blood routine test,VDRL,HbsAg,HIV,and sugar.
If they disappear over next few days, your worries are over.
Once your reply is available with photos, i can give you an expert opinion.
