Question: My foreskin is filled (swollen) with fluid, making it difficult to pull back the skin when I urinate. What can I do?

You are suffering from balanoprosthitis.
It is Infection of glans and prepuce.
Treatment we usually follow are,
1.proper cleaning with warm water mixed with antiseptic lotion.
2.Apply metronidazole , povidone and anti fungal combination.
3. Ibuprofen tablets for swelling and pain.
4.a broad spectrum antibiotic like cefixime.
Take proper care otherwise it leads to contraction of opening, which needs surgical intervention.
