Brief Answer:
Seems like Non-specific dermatitis, topical steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being at Healthcaremagic,

I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photographs.

It seems to be some nonspecific dermatitis.
Is there any history of excessive sex or masturbation?
Have you used or applied anything on the penile skin?

I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like Cortisone cream or Triamcinolone acetonide cream on the affected area twice daily for at least 1 week.

A single application of Triamcinolone won't have much effect.

Feel free to ask further.

Regards
Dr Asmeet
