I understand your concern.
A lymph node can be felt behind the ear. That lymph node group is post auricular lymph node.
If size is very small then it's acceptable bit if size is large that is more then 0.5 cm then it is pathognomic. It can be enlarged in conditions like Upper respiratory tract infection.
If it enlarges in size or is big in size as discussed above, you should report your doctor.
