Brief Answer:
Physiotherapy needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Already you are on right medicines like methylcobalamin and pregabalin. The numbness and loss of sensation is due to nerve injury during the surgery process. And reduced blood supply due to less movement of that leg. These symptoms usually persists for at least 3 months to 6 months. You'll have to consult your orthopedician and get physically examined. If the symptoms are really severe then ask your doctor about the physiotherapy option.
Holistic cures for foot tingling includes B12 injections, topical capsaicin ointments, acupuncture and massage. Talk to your doctor about these options.
Any query do get get back.
Take care.
