Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management accordingly

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Hands turning white and numb may be a neurological issues or a vascular issue. Nerve compression and entrapment neuropathies should be ruled out. carpal tunnel syndrome can do that too. Anemia and nutritional neuropathies can also present this way. Vascular insufficiencies need to be evaluated as well. Blood pressure measurement, heart problems evaluation and complete neurological examination will narrow the differentials.

A simple cold triggered raynaurd's phenomenon is common at this time of the winter and should be considered as well .

For bladder urgency and frequency symptoms, i am afraid only cranberry juices wont be enough. Get a urine routine exam and culture and sensitivity tests to sort out the cause of this infection and get it treated accordingly with antibiotics. This UTI can also gives chills and rigors which can in turn cause numbness and whiteness in peripheries as well.

Talk to your doctor and let them run some labs to sort it out for you.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Thank you, I thought the bacterial infection exacerbated an impending stroke. I wasn't sure if should go to the ER. A ton of Cranberry concentrate , vitamin C and Nsaids got me through the night, but I'm still afraid of an impending stroke
