Question : I have been moving lately..I twisted one of my fingers under a table and now the tip of my finger is numb..will the feeling eventually come back? Also at night I have been waking up with my arms numb but as soon as I shake them loose the feeling comes back..I always hold my tension in my shoulder area..the move added to the muscle tightness..anything I should be doing to alleviate these symptoms..are the tight muscles causing a pinched nerve..is this harmful

I have gone through your complaints well.I have straightforward one line response for you"Don't be afraid,its not serious'.Be reassured about your health as such transient nerve compression happens to almost all of us.These are physiological and normal.Your finger numbness will improve.Hope that helps.
