Question : I am still having numbness in both hand.
Brief Answer:
Then we need to evaluate further
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for followup.
As the symptoms are persisting beyond 2 weeks now, we need to investigate further. Most likely this is due to cervical spine problem where the nerve roots are getting impinged.
I would suggest getting yourself examined by a spine specialist or orthopedician and possibly get Xrays/MRI of cervical spine as well as nerve conduction tests of upper limbs. With these we are likely to get the diagnosis.
Treatment will then depend upon the cause. If this is cervical spondylosis, then physiotherapy and some meds to reduce the tingling would help.
Hope this helps.
I will be available for further followup.
