Question : I have nimbness in left hand and sometimes in left leg. What could be a problem? What steps would I need to take? I Please advise

I feel it could be due to vitamin B12 deficiency.

But I suggest you to get physically examined by a doctor and get BP , Sugar levels, HB count and Vitamin B12levels.

Injections

Vitamin B12 is not absorbed orally.

Injections are preferred weekly once for 4 weeks and then followed by monthly once for 4 months.

Consult the local physician for this.
