Suggest Treatment For Numbness In The Toes And Elevated Cholesterol

Question: Male Age 68. Jog daily 2-4 miles.
My toes feel numb. Jogging helps but going to sleep I feel it.
Other recent symptoms (that are being taken care of separately) just in case they might be helpful:
My good cholesterol has gone up.
My blood pressure (sitting) was always around 110/72 but now is consistently 120/72.
5 months ago I had a hemoglobin A1C (average blood sugar test) of 5.8% and was given a diagnosis of prediabetes.
