Brief Answer:
Could be meralgia paresthetica.
Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion you are suffering from what is called meralgia paresthetica. In this condition you have pain and numbness in the area just described by you due to pressure on nerve at groin.
Start gabapentin , pain killers and wear loose belt or pants.
Other possibility is disc prolapse at L234 levels. So if there is no improvement in a week go for MRI lumbar spine.
Thanx for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
