Brief Answer:
Carpal tunnel syndrome should be treated as early as possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

You may suffer from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) which occurs when nerve in your wrist is compressed.

Usually starts with numbness and tingling in the thumb, index finger, middle finger and ring finger which comes and goes.

There are some conditions like diabetes, hypothyroidism and obesity that may increase the risk of CTS.

Carpal tunnel syndrome may be confirmed by an electromyography (EMG). Also you should have an X-ray of the wrist to check for bone problems. Your local doctor will know about these tests.

Try to avoid activites that make your symptoms worse.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
