Question : My toe is numb after running a 5k a few weeks ago and it hurts when I wear any shoe how do I treat

1 the pain is worse at night because I have worn shoes it is a severe ache on a 1-10 scale it is abou a 7
2 there was swelling a few weeks ago it appears to be normal now

I would recommend you to get x ray of the foot. After studying your case I think that it can be a stress fracture.
If x ray shows any body injury, I would recommend you to take calcium and vitamin D3. Also avoid using very tight shoes. Do not walk for long distance. If pain is severe than I would suggest you to take Bruder tablet for pain relief.
