Brief Answer:

Folliculitis, oral and topical antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:

Hi!

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be folliculitis which is bacterial infection of the hair follicle.

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics.

I would recommend you to take tablet Cephalexin twice daily and apply Fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days.

Antibiotics are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Hope I have answered your question.
