Brief Answer:
Seems like OSA- Descriptive

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

You seem to be having obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) and your sleep study results will show that.

You have multiple problems and most of these are related to your weight and job conditions.

Frothing can be there as during snoring in OSA patients, there are gaps in the breathing and during those gaps, secretions accumulate in the oral cavity. When your breath after a gap, those secretions come out as froth.

Your sleep study will tell the extent of problem.

A drug induced sleep endoscopy will give an idea about the level of obstruction.

Depending upon these reports, a surgical option or a CPAP/BIPAP machine option will be given to you.

That will solve your frothing problem.

Feel free to ask another query.
