Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain if you have Oral Submucous Fibrosis that is leading to reduced mouth opening then you need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..

You can be advised topical application of steroid and Hyluronidase containing ointment..
You can also be advised anti-oxidant like Lycopene..
Intralesional injection of Hyluronidase and steroid can be given every 3 to 4 days that helps in dissolution of the fibres..
Along with it Physiotherapy that involve mouth opening exercises like cheek blowing, trying to open the mouth asuch as possible under limits of tolerance, protruding tongue out can help ..

Please let me know if you have any further questions..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
