Suggest Treatment For Oral Ulcers In A 3 Year Old
Question: my 3 year old son has developed some mouth ulcers (around soft palate). Can anything be done for his ulcers? He is taking antibiotics (taxim-o forte) for a stomach viral infection for last 2 days.

I understand your concerns but don't worry. Oral ulcers in toddlers can be easily treated by following measures:
1. Apply orahelp or Zytee gel (available OTC) 3-4 times over ulcers daily for pain relief and early recovery.
2. Use chlorhexidene mouth wash twice daily.
3. Start him on vitamin B supplement such as Syp Bevon or Becosule once daily for next 10 days.
