Question : Two days ago my right nasal started to drip a orange water mucus? Should I worry about this. it is only on my right side. thanks for any help or advise

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Orange nasal discharge is usually related to and seen with sinus infections. A sinus infection in majority of cases has a bacterial source and requires antibiotic coverage.

I completely understand why some people choose to keep away from medications, I like to as well. But when it is really required, I go ahead and take it for my betterment. In your case, the infection you have is usually treated with the following medications:

+Antibiotic coverage (e.g. azithromycin, clarithromycin, etc.)
+Vitamin C supplements to boost immunity
+Mild antipyretic medications (to help reduce body temperature)
+Expectorants (syrups)
