Question : Having outrageously explosive sex headaches. no history of them in the past. 59 year old male

Started 2 months ago. having focus issues as well.

Headache last for about 3 hours, then slows down to a numb feeling concentrating in the back 1/4 of head.

Your symptoms are not something usual and you should do CT scan of the head with angiography to rule out possible aneurysm or any other intracranial disorder. it may always be migraine or tension headache but it is advisable to rule out more serious things so ct and neurologist work up is necessary.
