Question : an xray shows the tip of my left center toe bone is infected, how should I handle this

Hi and welcome.
First it depends if you are diabetic or not. In diabetic patients, it should be treated with combination of Klyndamicin 3x600mg and Ciprofloxacin 2x500mg. If you are non diabetic then Amoxicillin 2x1g should be taken. Bone infection is called osteomyeltitis and it may be very serious if left untreated. Also, toe should be immobilized with small cast or pflaster till pain persist.
