Suggest Treatment For Osteopenia

Question: Hello, I have experienced all the same side effects that have been stated on Prolia's web site and Forteo's patient emails. I did take about 18 months of Forteo and my knees and weight gain and exhaustion caused my Dr. to change me to Prolia. I could only tolerate it for two shots, but did get out of the osteoporis range and into the osteopenia range. My family Dr. said I will probably be on 15mg of Mobic daily for the rest of my life. I prefer to use otc pain pills prn. I don't want to get dizzy for feel tired. Now 1 year after stopping Prolia I still need to loose weight and force myself to do all the things I have always been able to do. So how long do all these awful side effects last?
