Question : I have been diagnosed with osteopenia and 4 days ago I fell on the ice straight on my but. I was in a lot of pain and could not walk anywhere without someone by my side for the day. I still have a lot of pain it hurts to sit, stand or lay down, hurts to cough and sneeze. I have not gone in yet. Suggestions?

Hi,

I have read your query.

Don't ignore it.

Pain may be due to injury to plevis, hip or tail bone.

Get xray of pelvis with both hips in AP, xay coccyx in Lateral view and send me the report.

Do not walk more and take rest.

Have tab. aceclofenac100mg+ serratiopeptidase15mg three times a day.

If possible go to Emergency Room.
