Brief Answer:
Spinal cord compression should be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Spinal cord compression due to a vertebral compression fracture should be suspected clinically and if evident high dose dexamethasone should be administered before confirmation of diagnosis. MRI of spine or CT myelogram can be advised for diagnosis. Surgical decompression would be the treatment of choice in such a case in consultation with a spinal surgeon.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
