Brief Answer:
Milk, exercise, calcium and Vitamin D3 as treatment can be taken

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
i have gone through your report.
Firstly, i will advice you to get a proper DEXA scan in a hospital.
The report attached here is definitely abnormal and require proper evaluation and treatment. T score of < -2.75 falls in osteoporosis category and at such age you must be evaluated properly.
I will advice you to get some investigations like serum Ca, Mg, Urea, Creatinine, Hemoglobin, USG abdomen, Serum vit D3 levels, liver function test, thyroid function tests, PTH levels and testosterone levels.
Some person taking steroids or anticonvulsants may have impaired bone mineralisation.
Precautions like avoiding heavy object lifting , dangerous sports and steroid intake to be kept in mind.
As a treatment you should increase your milk and milk product intake, regular exercise.
Drugs: daily calcium 1200-1500 mg and vit D3 800-1000 IU
weekly bisphosphonates( alendronate) may also be taken.
But i will advice again to repeat proper DEXA scan and if impaired go through the prescribed tests and consult a rheumatologist/ orthopaedic doctor.
Hope you find the answer helpful.
wishing for your good health
