Question : Enclosed are results of X-Rays showing Multilevel facet jt osteroarthritis, left sided forminal stenoses, bony facet hypertrphy at c3-c4, c4-c5 and c5-c6

I have read your query.
Based on the scan report, I think you should take 1 tab. aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day by prescription. Besides, maintain the strength of the neck muscles and decrease the nerve root compression you should do cervical spine strengthening exercises or go for TENS.
Do not put heavy weight pushing or pulling heavy objects.
Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.
