Looks like Carbuncle
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This looks like Carbuncle (Infection of skin and subcutaneous tissue due to Staphylococcal infection). Would advise you the following :
1. Get your Fasting blood sugar and Complete blood count investigations done
2. Oral antibiotics like Amoxycillin which is a prescription medicine. Take 500mg thrice daily for 1 week after consultation with a doctor.
3. Mupirocin ointment, to apply over the lesion thrice a day.
Do keep me updated regarding the progress. Also do inform me about your blood reports.
