                                    Brief Answer:
need emergent treatment to prevent paracetamol toxicity
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand concern for your friend's health.
Your friend will not die.
But she has consumed this medication beyond acceptable dosage which means this medication will be at its toxic level in his/her body and this will affect stomach, liver, start part of intestine.
Yes, you must go to ER to start treatment to counter-effect this medication and also to remove residual partially digested tablets from stomach by doing lavage.

                                    Brief Answer:
No prompt death on paracetamol toxicity
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I apologize for late reply.
Paracetamol is not toxic agent in fact it is therapeutic molecule. Thus if it accumulate in body beyond the acceptable level then only it has toxic effect on various organs of body rather than therapeutic effect.
Of course, no body would die immediately on consumption of paracetamol in large dosage but it develop the condition known as paracetamol toxicity and require prompt attention to treat.

                                    Brief Answer:
liver toxicity is prime concern
Detailed Answer:
Yes, you should rush to hospital as soon as possible.
There will be inflammation (redness and swelling) to inner layer of stomach and start part of intestine, though this will be transient.
Such high dose sometimes affect liver function and cause liver failure gradually and this is main concern for paracetamol toxicity. She must done basic blood tests and must undergo stomach lavage to clear any residual tablets from stomach.
