Brief Answer:
DETAILED HISTORY, ENT EXAMINATION, & X-RAY PNS.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any associated nasal block or watering per eyes ?
Is pain associated with nausea or vomiting ?

Kindly get back to me with details.

As per your clinical details, pain could be due to

1. sinusitis (frontal sinus)

2. Migraine (coffee intake increases migraine)

3. Cluster head-ache.

I suggest you to consult ENT surgeon and give detailed history (migraine or cluster head-ache), detailed ENT examination, x-ray para nasal sinuses (sinusitis).

I also advise you to stop putting artificial tears, take simple tab.paracetamol 5oomg as a stat dose in case of pain, till you evaluate.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
FRONTAL SINUSITIS, REQUIRES INVESTIGATIONS

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.

In my opinion, It looks like frontal, ethmoidal sinusitis or due to refractive errors. Most of the head-aches can be diagnosed with clinical findings and investigations.

Kindly go ahead.

Hope, I have answered your query.

Take care.
