Brief Answer:
Yes, you need to meet.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.

I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Butran patch was given to reduce pain or to wean you of narcotic analgesic. You must be suffering from severe pain.

You need to use the patch again or put on a new one to reduce the pain.

If you do not use butrans, the pain wont go. As you are just coming out of narctotic analgesics, If you were my patient, I would advise you to meet your doctor and get a butran patch or another analgesic to relieve your pain.

If you do not have pain and you are having withdrawal symptoms like sweating, hallucinations or others, again you need to meet your doctor to get a qualified help for withdrawal symptoms.

Meet your doctor at the earliest.

Any further queries, happy to help again.
