Question : Hi there Dr today i felt a pain on my middle finger when i had a look i had an unexplained bruise on the inside midfle part of finger and swelling on this finger what could it be.

Hi
it is inflamed, but we need to do some testS before confirmING the diagnosis.
Just do a Complete blood test and ESR. THESE TEST WILL HELP..
Also I want to know if there is any history of trauma? Or previous history of any similar episode this this?
Meanwhile you can take any anti inflammatory like naprosyn etc. for pain and inflammation.
