                                    Brief Answer:
Ecchymosis from the fall.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Following the fall , you developed bleeding into the skin - ecchymosis. This will take some time to get absorbed. A urine microscopy would reveal whether you had injury to the kidney.
Do not take any NSAID like ibuprofen as it would take the skin bleeding to disappear. You can take paracetamol or a pain killer which does not affect platelet function.
Take care,
Dr Noble Zachariah
