Suggest Treatment For Pain And Burning During Urination

Question: Dear sir,
Earlier i felt in urine burning senasation my doctor given tablets then it was reduced and he adviced to forget the slight burning sensation and after that I am feel back pain, legs pain and un comfort in testicles. I have throat pain also when i am drinking water or any.. My doctor suggest to take libotryp-xl-25 for a month. i taken tablets continuosly for 15 days then i didnt feel anything.. then i stopped for three days. but again i got the same sensations. kindly advice..

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had burning urination earlier and now have pain in back,leg and discomfort in testicles.

Your Dr has prescribed Libotryp 25 which is anti anxiety drug .Since you have recurrence of symptoms you need to evaluate the cause of your symptoms.

This could be either due to presence of stone in ureter or infection of the testis.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Routine urine tets and urine culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of the abdomen and scrotum.
3) Haemogram

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine and anti inflammatory medicine like Diclofenac along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Further treatment twill depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.

Dear sir,
When i gone first time to doctor he advised to take urine test and and report shows
Color:STRAW...REACTION: ACIDIC...SUGAR-NIL... ALBUMIN-TRACES... PUS CELLS-NOT SEEN... RBC-12-15/hpf... CAST-FINE GRANULAR CAST:0-1/Hpf... EPITHILAL CELLS-+/hpf.. and he prescribed Flavate three times, DOXT 2 times in a day and septigard gel for four days.
After four days burning sensation little bit ok but throat infection started then he prescribed Phexin-BD 750 mg 2 times and Flavate three times and sudin tablets three times for 5 days.
After 5 days burning sensation stopped but slight burning observed some time and lips throat got some uncomfort then he prescribed doxt for one time and plasmo active-600 for three time and orasep-la gel for seven days.

After finishing tablets everything normal then i felt slight burning sensation as usual and after that I am feel back pain, legs pain and un comfort in testicles. throat pain also when i am drinking water or any.. Then doctor given Libotryp-xl for one month (for night). Now i am taking this tablet for last 20 days.After taking tablets everything normal and i stopped tablets after 10 days for two days. Then again i got same pains and all. then again i started taking tablets regularly now i am feeling comfort some times very little uncomfort i am getting but not like earlier. Kindly advice whether i have to continue the libotryp or i have to change medicines. If yes kindly prescribe medicines and timings because now i am in very remote location. I cant get hospitals here.Kindly advice..

Dear sir,

Thank you for your prompt reply. Is there any care for taking food and all. After one month whether i have to continue any other medicines. Any antibiotics i have to follow again.. Because as mentioned earlier very little feelings (Mostly little back pain & some time uncomfort in testicles-but not continusly). Kindly advice..
