Question : Hi I am feeling pain and discomfort in my chest, my right side, about 3 inches above my nipple. I was working on my house 2 days ago, doing some activities that I don't normally do so when the discomfort started that evening I just thought it was sore muscles that I don't typically use. The next day, yesterday, the discomfort subsided but this morning it is more pronounced again. It is a dull aching pain like a sore muscle

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

What you are experiencing seems to be related to a sore muscle and as such you shouldn't worry about. I would recommend to use Voltaren unguentum locally and to apply hot bags to relieve the pain.

If the symptoms will persist after 3-5 days or the things seems to get worse you should go to do the following examinations:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Chest x-ray
- Abdominal ultrasound

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
